Delivery & returns

  • You will receive your package via Royal Mail or courier. It takes us 1-3 days to fulfill and it can take up to an additonial week for for delivery although we aim to send it 48h tracked.

    Sometimes Chili Maven is busy at markets, and we are unable to process your order for immediate delivery. We will contact you though if there is a delay.

  • Occasionally, jars get damaged during delivery, and we truly apologize for that!

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Please email us and include pictures.

  • Please note we are unable to offer returns on jars of salsa macha as it is a perishable item.
